We offer a range of bush food experiences across Lutruwita/Tasmania. The TAC is a not-for-profit organisation, and one of the largest employers of Aboriginal people in the state . All sales from Palawa kipli go directly back into the operations and independence of the organisation to directly benefit our the Palawa/Tasmanian Aboriginal community.
